An accomplished business executive, Dr Alf Oldman specialises in market and technology driven change management. He is commercial, exceptionally highly skilled, broad based, project oriented manager, used to operating both as an interim executive and a consultant

Business rescue and project turnarounds are his areas of specialisation using, where appropriate, state-of-the-art IT, process consulting and financial skills. He has successfully led consulting projects across Europe, throughout the project life cycle from feasibility, through pilot, implementation to post implementation benefit review.

Dr Alf Oldman and his associates thrive on finding cost effective and innovative solutions, in areas where others fear to tread. Recent projects have been in the following industries: hospitality; financial services; construction; distribution and manufacturing. 

A leading authority on cost management e.g. ABC, Target Costing, and Value-based Management, Dr Alf Oldman has written two books and over thirty articles published in the area of strategic cost reduction. He is keen to help clients deploy technology to both supply chain and distribution channels. 

Prior to Consulting, Dr Alf Oldman had a career in international financial and general management in multi-national manufacturing businesses, where he specialised in rescuing under-performing organisations. Work experience covers over thirty-countries. He speaks French fluently and is visiting faculty at ESCP-EAP, Graduate School of Management, Oxford.

Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Management Consultancy
Masters degree in Business Administration 
Chartered Accountant.
