Chris Rodgers works with senior management teams, large groups and individuals to explore key aspects of strategic performance, change management and organisational dynamics. He focuses on assignments that challenge, and help to shape, clients' own thinking, rather than applying pre-packaged techniques or fast-food solutions. Examples include:

• Designing and facilitating workshops and problem-solving meetings around key business issues.
Chris, who is a Chartered Engineer, gained an MSc in Managing Change in 1999 and is also a qualified practitioner in the Myers-Briggs Type Index. In a career spanning over thirty years, he has viewed change from both the inside and the outside of organisations. As an independent consultant, Chris works with clients in both the public and private sectors. Previously, he held a wide range of senior management positions in the power generation industry.
