Tim Cowling is an HR professional, with Executive blue chip experience in a number of blue chip organisations such as BOC, Vickers plc, and the Cookson Group.

Change Management - Planning and facilitating changes to working patterns, organisation cultures, and remuneration systems, to increase efficiency and reflect the future business needs. Organisations continually face the challenge to change, to develop new strategies, and to re-define their objectives and organisation structures. It is often beneficial, if not essential to introduce additional external resource to assist this process.

Organisation and Management Development - Reviewing and developing new organisation structures, designing management development programmes and carrying out recruitment exercises for key executive positions.

Performance Management - Designing and implementing performance management and appraisal systems, including running custom designed training workshops for appraisers and appraisees.

Remuneration - Developing pay and grading systems, particularly at a senior level, which link the achievement of the business's objectives to personal reward.

Mergers and Acquisitions - Initial due diligence and post acquisition integration of organisation structures, terms and conditions, salary structures and pension programmes.

HR Audit - The review of current HR practices and the recommendation of changes to ensure full legal compliance and the implementation of best HR practice.
