all of the techniques available. There is no such thing as 'thinking out of the
box' when the box no longer exists. Just select the most appropriate technique
for the job in hand from the 'creative toolbox'. Remove
those 'knowledge blocks'. Understand the importance of tacit and explicit
knowledge and actively manage the creation and flow of knowledge around your
organisation. Know where your knowledge is and guard against its disappearance.
